Canada has 10% of worlds fresh water, in 20 years time drinking water will be the new OIL!!! also when the great disillisionment of mankind happens (which seems very close) the real things that people will value will be FOOD, SHELTER and SECURITY. Canada has an abundance of wood and land, Farming will be more important, and being able to grow your own produce will be the only way to survive, places like UK, Japan will be the worst places to live (how many potatoes can you harvest in your backgarden!!!)The thing to do is plan for the future NOW! and hope for the best but plan for the worst.
ps were looking to buy some land in Canada,
